At Pretty Paradise, every order is prepared with love and care to ensure your custom-made beauty arrives safely and beautifully.

Processing Time:
Please allow 2–3 week for order processing. We will notify when your order has been shipped. Your order custom-made items, such as press-on nails and wigs, are handcrafted and may take up to 3 weeks and additional extra week if needed for alterations order. This could be due to no response from the costumer once in formed on alteration. You could receive your order in 1 week depending on the complexity of your order. 

Shipping Time:
Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

• U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days

• International Orders: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, or carrier delays.

Tracking Information:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your delivery every step of the way.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Pretty Paradise is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if this happens.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error.
