Refund policy

At Pretty Paradise, we take pride in providing high-quality, custom made beauty products — and your satisfaction is very important to us. All nail sets are custom made to order and are considered final sale. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on press-on nails. Please ensure you choose the correct size and design before checking out. We're happy to assist with sizing questions ahead of your purchase. Due to the nature of our items, all sales are final with a few exceptions outlined below

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. Wigs may be eligible for a return or exchange only in the rare case of a defect or error on our part.

To be considered for a return or refund


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your wig. A clear photo of the issue must be submitted with your return request. The wig must be unused, unaltered, The wig must have no product applied, no chemicals, and no unpleasant or strong scents (such as smoke, perfume, or hair products)and in its original condition. Once approved, the wig must be returned to us before a refund or exchange is processed.

Pretty Paradise reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.

If your return is accepted, your responsible for the return shipping label, as well as packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, Items 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or incorrect order such as the wig has the wrong color or the set of nails are wrong. So that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note you have to submit a 3 photos of any concerns with your order.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
If Approved the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Once we receive the item in its original form. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
